Copyright & Takedown Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Heroaca Archive is a personal, non-commercial fan archive. We respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders and take copyright infringement seriously. This page describes our policy and the process for requesting removal of content.

Our Position on Copyright

All production materials archived on this Site — including storyboards, layouts, genga, key animation corrections, and related artwork — are the property of their respective copyright holders. Heroaca Archive claims no ownership over any of this content. Heroaca Archive is operated as a non-commercial fan archive for archival and informational purposes. We recognize that copyright ownership remains with the respective rights holders and will review removal requests in good faith.

If you are a copyright holder and wish to have content removed from this Site, we will review your request and remove the relevant material when appropriate.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

Copyright holders, including those submitting DMCA notices where applicable, may request removal of content by sending an email to mysakugaacademia@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright Takedown Request".

Your request must include all of the following:

  • Your contact information — your name, email address, and (if applicable) the organization you represent.
  • Identification of the material you believe to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it on the Site (e.g., a direct link to each post you wish to have removed).
  • Identification of the original work that is allegedly being infringed (e.g., a link to where the original was published, or a clear description of it).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (your full legal name typed in the email is sufficient).

What Happens After You Submit

We will review all complete and valid takedown requests and take appropriate action, which may include removing the identified content from the Site. We aim to acknowledge copyright requests within 5 business days, although resolution time may vary depending on the request.

Incomplete requests — those missing required information — may not be processed. If you knowingly misrepresent that any material on the Site is infringing, you may be liable for damages under applicable law.
